I was born in San Francisco and raised in the City of Pleasant Hill, California. My passion for Homes started when I was young. I would dream of owning my very own home and draw floor plans imagining what my perfect home would look like. Open houses and new home developments were so fun to me as a kid. Those were the joys of my childhood days!
I started my real estate career in 2000 opening a mobile Notary signing business called About Signatures. I completed loan packages and Notarized documents for title companies for several years. In 2004 I started working for Prudential California Realty as an Escrow Coordinator. I coordinated all the details of every sale for over seventy agents at a time, overseeing their files and gathering all of the necessary paperwork for each transaction, setting up all inspections, communicating with all parties. With time and experience working thousands of deals, I discovered my true love in this business was serving the clients, problem solving and utilizing my negotiation skills with every sale! I truly believe in my heart everyone deserves to own a home of their own. Its the American Dream! I live in an area where it is especially challenging but no fear I am here to help you every step of the way. “To me, there is no greater joy than handing someone the keys to their new home.”
In December of 2014 Prudential California Realty became Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Drysdale Properties. I decided to partner with the premier choice for those seeking the highest quality, support and customer service. Then my life blew up when I was diagnosed with stage 3 breast cancer. I worked through Chemo and radiation while raising a toddler with my husband Mike. During this time I worked by referral, serving the clients I already had. Every client was so supportive during all of the 13 surgeries I had and the fact that I looked a little different with just a little less hair on my head than the last time they saw me. I learned so much about myself during that time period. The biggest lesson was that a positive attitude and mindset were vital to my survival. Cancer never broke my spirit. That determination, grit, and just pure tenacity were part of my gifts. Then remarkably in 2018 we were surprisingly blessed with my second son Aiden. We call him our miracle baby since all my doctors said I wasn't able to have anymore kids. Now I have two little Realtors in Training. In 2020 my business expanded to Probate and Trust Sales when my father, who was a retired prosecuting attorney passed away with no trust. I became the administrator of my fathers probate and worked with Attorneys to settle the estate. I learned the Probate process and just how important a Trust is. I decided that there was a definite need for guiding people through probate. The death of a family member was hard enough to go through but handling the Estate and bills while grieving was a hell no one should have to go through. I also started working together with Fiduciaries to help liquidate and acquire real estate assets. Currently I just expanded to Commercial Residential sales. I can now say that I am Cancer free and loving life! I still live in the Bay Area with my beautiful sons/Realtors in Training Austin & Aiden and a furry dog daughter named Lady. In September of 2024 I decided to partner with FATHOM Realty. Sticking to my values and my clients best interest FATHOM Realty's business principles aligned with mine. When I am not showing property, meeting with clients, or on the phone, you can find us at the beach, hiking, in Napa, or at the park enjoying every minute life has to offer.
