I went through a foreclosure on my home in Pleasant Hill.  The Bank was very difficult to work with.  No matter what offer was made, it wasn't good enough.  This lasted for over six months before Jennifer was able to effect a compromise that both sides could accept.  Jennifer worked long and hard on this resolution.  The best part was keeping me informed on all aspects of the negotiations and returning all of my phone calls in a timely manner.  I would recommend her to anyone who wants a hard worker and be kept in the loop at all times.

I remember one time during negotiations the other party wanted to lower their price, but Mr. Mike Nelson and his knowledge of the market knew that it would have been unfair and rejected the offer.  He stood up for me a person with limited knowledge of the housing market and he will do the same for any of his clients.
